Do you know Bubble tea? This beverage from Taiwan is very popular in Asia. To everyone's delight, its popularity has spread around the world in recent years. Nicknamed Boba tea, this drink has several variants in terms of flavours, but always contains milk and delicious pearls. These pearls, or bubbles, can be made from tapioca or fruit jellies. The term bubble is also explained by the frothed effect of the milk and tea mixture, which creates small bubbles.
