  • 1 Four O’Clock tropical mango green tea bag
  • 2 1/2 cups water (625 ml)
  • Orange juice (100 ml)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (125 ml)
  • 3 tablespoons tapioca pearls (45 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (15 ml)
  • 3 ice cubes

Method of Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, bring 2 cups (500 ml) water to a boil. Add the tapioca pearls and cook for 25 minutes over medium heat. Remove from heat and let stand 20 min with the lid on. Rinse thoroughly with cold water.
  2. Infuse the Four O'Clock tropical mango green tea in 1/2 cup boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bag and let cool.
  3. In a cocktail blender, pour the coconut milk, orange juice, cold tea and a tablespoon of honey. Mix vigorously.
