  • 4 teaspoon of chamomile flowers
  • 3 teaspoon of chia seeds

Preparation
1 - INFUSION: In a saucepan over low heat, combine coconut milk and water. Infuse the herbal tea in the mixture for 10 minutes on fire.
2 - Remove from heat and let the mixture rest for 10 minutes then remove the tea bags.
3 - PREPARATION: Add the remaining ingredients for the popsicles.
4 - Mix the topping ingredients together.
5 - In a popsicles mold, pour two teaspoons of topping and then pour the mixture.
6 - Place the molds in the freezer overnight and then unmold before eating.
