Ingredients
- 3 tea bags of Four O'Clock Earl Grey chocolate raspberry tea or chocolate spice herbal tea
- 1 cup of Medjool dates (about 6, or 115g)
- 2 table spoon of cacao powder
- 2 table spoon of tropical nut butter (such as brazil nuts, cashew nuts or coconut)
- 1 table spoon of chia seeds
Garnitures (optional) :
- Coconut
- Cacao powder
- Crushed dried rasperries
- Rose petals

Preparation
1 - Infuse 3 tea bags in 2 cups of boiling water for 10 minutes
2 - In the meantime, remove the seed from the dates before macerating them
3 - Remove the tea bags and put the dates to macerate in the tea for 20 minutes
4 - Mix together the cocoa powder, chia seeds, exotic nut butter, soaked dates and add 1/3 cup of the tea infusion to make the mixture malleable
5 - Refrigerate 20 minutes
6 - Make balls of the desired size and roll them in the topping of your choice
7 - It's ready, you can enjoy this snack for a boost of energy!
