Juniper berry cut

The juniper is a tree found almost everywhere in the Northern Hemisphere which grows in poor soil. Juniper berries have a slightly bitter taste, with hints of conifer. They are used both for cooking and infusions, as well as for making certain alcoholic beverages, notably including gin.
