Valerian
The valerian, also known as garden heliotrope, is a herbaceous plant with a rather unpleasant taste. It rapidly became naturalized in almost all regions of the planet, including North America. The valerian grows primarily in damp, rich soil. The root and rhizome are used in infusions.
Verbena (leaves)
Known since ancient times, verbena is an aromatic herbaceous plant belonging to the Verbenaceae family. Consumed in infusions, the leaves have a pleasant, refreshing taste.
