At Four O’Clock, we value our customer’s satisfaction. If ever there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as you receive your order.
Unfortunately, products purchased online and shipped are final sales. For various reasons we cannot accept exchanges or returns on perishable items. All sales of tea and loose-leaf tea are final. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We reserve the right to make changes to our return policy at any moment.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Our system is designed to fulfill orders quickly to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. Should the need arise to cancel an order after you have placed it, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Order cancellation is a time-sensitive action, so please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note, that once your order moves into the processing stage in our warehouse, we may no longer be able to cancel it.
