HOW TO CREATE A HOMEMADE CHAI LATTE
Bring the warmth of the café to your kitchen with this easy homemade Chai Latte. Made with your favourite Four O’Clock chai tea, it’s a comforting blend of spices, frothy milk, and a touch of sweetness —perfect for cozy moments.
Ingredients (1 serving):
- 2 Four O’Clock Chai tea bags (any chai variety)
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based: oat, almond, soy)
- 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- A pinch of ground cinnamon (optional garnish)
Instructions:
- Steep the chai tea bags in 1/2 cup boiling water for 4–5 minutes (longer for stronger flavor).
- While the tea steeps, heat 1/2 cup of milk in a small pot or frother until warm and slightly frothy.
- Remove the tea bags and stir in sweetener if desired.
- Pour the warm frothed milk into the chai concentrate.
