HOW TO CREATE A HOMEMADE CHAI LATTE

Bring the warmth of the café to your kitchen with this easy homemade Chai Latte. Made with your favourite Four O’Clock chai tea, it’s a comforting blend of spices, frothy milk, and a touch of sweetness perfect for cozy moments.

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 2 Four O’Clock Chai tea bags (any chai variety)
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based: oat, almond, soy)
  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • A pinch of ground cinnamon (optional garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Steep the chai tea bags in 1/2 cup boiling water for 4–5 minutes (longer for stronger flavor).
  2. While the tea steeps, heat 1/2 cup of milk in a small pot or frother until warm and slightly frothy.
  3. Remove the tea bags and stir in sweetener if desired.
  4. Pour the warm frothed milk into the chai concentrate.
  5. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon for a cozy finish.
