STANDARD SHIPPING
We offer flat rate shipping and handling anywhere in Canada (please see table below for prices), except for Northern regions and remote areas. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $95 including all discounts or promotions.
We currently ship with Canada Post and UPS, depending on your shipping address. All orders with a P.O. Box address will be shipped with Canada Post.
If your order is to be shipped to particularly remote areas of Canada where shipping costs are higher than normal, additional charges may apply. Please contact the Four O’Clock Customer Experience Team directly to place your order.

Northern regions and remote areas – a location that is far removed from major urban centres or that receives infrequent service. All remote areas are listed here.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally.
PROCESSING TIMES
Please allow at least 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed.
During high volume periods, please expect a delay of 3 to 5 days for your order to be processed.
Please note that we do not process orders on Canadian statutory holidays or Quebec provincial holidays, so that our employees can spend time with their families.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation via email with the necessary information, including any applicable tracking numbers. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@fouroclock.ca with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
