STRAWBERRY COLD FOAM MATCHA

Smooth organic Japanese matcha meets a fluffy, lightly sweet strawberry foam for a drink that feels café-worthy without the line or the price tag. Whether you’re celebrating Valentine’s Day or simply romanticizing your afternoon, this matcha turns an everyday sip into a little moment of joy.

Ingredients:

       2/3 cup ice cubes

       60 ml water

       1/2 tsp Four O'Clock Organic Green Tea Japanese Matcha

       1/2 cup milk of choice

       2 tbsp water + 1 tsp freeze-dried strawberry powder (to create strawberry concentrate)

       2 tbsp vegan heavy cream

       Chocolate shavings, to garnish (optional)

 

Servings: 1

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together water and Four O'Clock Organic Green Tea Japanese Matcha with a matcha whisk until frothy, and you get a foamy layer on top. Set aside.
  2. In another small bowl, combine water and freeze-dried strawberry powder and whisk with an electric frother until well combined.
  3. Combine homemade strawberry syrup with vegan heavy cream and whisk with an electric frother until foamy and fluffy.
  4. Take your glass and add ice, the prepared matcha, milk of choice, and strawberry cold foam.
  5. Optional: top with chocolate shavings for garnish, and enjoy.
