LE ROOIBOS A PASSÉ LE TEST !

Je viens juste ce soir de goûter au Rooibos. Belle couleur et le goût avec un petit quelque chose de piquant mais vraiment subtil. J’ai l’habitude toujours laissé mon sachet d’infusion jusqu’à ce que j’ai bu la dernière goutte de ma tasse. Je sais que pour certain thé ça devient trop amer mais j’aime mieux avoir la maximum d’ingrédients actif pour ma santé. Le Rooibos a passé le test avec succès car il n’y a pas d’amertume même en laissant sa poche longtemps dans la tasse mais le petit goût piquant du début avait disparu, donc si vous voulez le garder ne pas laisser trop infuser !
