MAPLE SEASON: CARAMEL MAPLE POPCORN RECIPE

Here is a caramel and maple popcorn recipe made with FOUR O'CLOCK® MAPLE HERBAL TEA. The perfect balance between sweet and salty!
5 cups buttered popcorn
1/2 cup butter (salted or unsalted, to taste)
3 bags of FOUR O'CLOCK® MAPLE HERBAL TEA
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat with the maple tea bags.
Remove from the heat and infuse for 15 minutes.
Remove the tea and put the butter back to medium heat.
Add the brown sugar and stir until well combined and beginning to boil.
When it comes to boil, cook for 4 minutes without stirring, then add baking soda.
Pour the mixture over the popcorn and stir with a spoon.
