
MAPLE SEASON: CARAMEL MAPLE POPCORN RECIPE

Here is a caramel and maple popcorn recipe made with FOUR O'CLOCK® MAPLE HERBAL TEA. The perfect balance between sweet and salty!
Ingredients:
- 5 cups buttered popcorn
- 1/2 cup butter (salted or unsalted, to taste)
- 3 bags of FOUR O'CLOCK® MAPLE HERBAL TEA
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Preparation:
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat with the maple tea bags.
- Remove from the heat and infuse for 15 minutes.
- Remove the tea and put the butter back to medium heat.
- Add the brown sugar and stir until well combined and beginning to boil.
- When it comes to boil, cook for 4 minutes without stirring, then add baking soda.
- Pour the mixture over the popcorn and stir with a spoon.
