SPARKLING FOUR O'CLOCK POMEGRANATE ECHINACEA HOLIDAY PUNCH
A festive non-alcoholic sparkly delight, bursting with pomegranate and cranberry, brightened by fresh orange and subtle floral notes from our Four O’Clock Pomegranate Echinacea Organic Fairtrade herbal tea. Refreshing, vibrant, and beautifully garnished, this holiday punch is a perfect crowd pleaser for any gathering and seasonal celebration – any time of the day!
Ingredients (Serves 6–8):
- 4 Four O'Clock Four O’Clock Pomegranate Echinacea Organic Fairtrade herbal tea bags
- 3 cups boiling water
- 1 cup cranberry juice (unsweetened)
-1/2 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 cups sparkling water or club soda (added before serving*)
- Garnish: orange wheels, pomegranate arils, rosemary
Preparation
1. Brew the Tea Base
In a large saucepan, bring 3 cups of water to a full boil. Remove from heat and steep 4 Four O’Clock Pomegranate Echinacea herbal tea bags for 10 minutes to create a concentrated infusion. Remove tea bags and cool completely.
2. Build the Punch
Pour the cooled tea into a large pitcher. Add the cranberry juice and freshly squeezed orange juice. Stir well to combine. Taste and add sweetener if desired.
3. Chill
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until thoroughly chilled.
4. Add the Sparkle
Just before serving, gently stir in the sparkling water or club soda to preserve the bubbles.
5. Garnish & Serve
Serve over ice if desired and garnish with orange wheels, pomegranate arils, and fresh rosemary.
*Cocktail option (for adults): For an alcoholic punch, substitute the sparkling water with Prosecco.
