Golden Turmeric Coconut Energy Bites

Get ready to power through your day with these Energy Bites, created with Four O'Clock’s Golden Turmeric Herbal Tea and Taylored Granola's Coconut Super Seed blend.  Infused with the warm, anti-inflammatory benefits of Golden Turmeric herbal tea, these bites are  a deliciously wholesome snack that combines the crunch of Taylored Granola, the natural sweetness of dates, and a hint of maple syrup. Perfect for busy mornings or an afternoon pick-me-up, they’re easy to make and packed with feel-good ingredients!

Ingredients

·       1 cup raw cashews

·       1/2 cup quick oats

1/   1/2 cup Taylored Granola Coconut Super Seed Granola   

       1/2 cup pitted dates

·       2 tbsp maple syrup

·       2 tbsp almond butter

      1/2 tsp salt

·       2 tea bags of Four O’Clock Golden Turmeric Herbal Tea

·       Shredded coconut for rolling

 

Preparation:

  1. Blend Ingredients:
    In a food processor, blend cashews, quick oats and Coconut Super Seed Granola into a crumb. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the shredded coconut and process until the mixture forms a sticky dough.

  2. Adjust Texture:
    If the dough feels dry, add a few teaspoons of maple syrup

  3. Roll into Bites:
    Scoop out 1-tablespoon portions and roll them into balls. Coat with shredded coconut for extra flavor.

  4. Store and Enjoy:
    Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for longer. Perfect for a quick, healthy snack!
