‘’There are many moments of life that I think are experienced by most of us. They are rarely significant, sometimes an afterthought. They are the small slices of time in which we might stop and have an awareness of how nice life truly is. It is some of these moments that inspired this menu of cocktails while the wonderful variety of flavours from Four O’Clock® provided the intersecting through line that tie all these moments together. The goal was to make each cocktail easily replicable without the need of fancy equipment while using common and easily found ingredients. Four O’Clock®’s Pumpkin Spice Rooibos tea is going to impart that perfect blend of baking spices to compliment our pumpkin puree and making a syrup with it is super easy! What I love about this cocktail is that it’s so easy to forget there’s no alcohol in it. It’s refreshing, whimsical, and extremely crushable.
AUTUMN’S WHISPER COCKTAIL

Apples and autumn hold a special place in my heart. This feeling is similar to the warmth and coziness that this delightful Apple Crumble tea imparts. While it does utilize some richer flavours, the cocktail itself is quite bright and tart. Grab a few different flavours of Four O’Clock® teas and try them all out to find your favourite!

Featured Tea: Four O’Clock® Espresso Chai
Espresso and tonic is a massively underrated duo, especially on a hot summer day. We take that concept and give a spirited twist by highlighting a playful flavour from Four O’Clock® Espresso Chai. There is something so mentally nourishing about walking through a market, it feels incredibly grounding and stimulating at the same time. I wanted to capture this walk through a market.

Featured Tea: Four O’Clock® Spicy Orange Rooibos
This cocktail is inspired by the infamous “Aperitivo” culture and the world’s best place for it – Milan. This easy-to-prepare non-alcoholic cocktail is light, tasty, and the perfect segue from afternoon to evening. We are going to replicate our own vermouth using Four O’Clock® tea and dealcoholized wine. By using Four O’Clock® Spicy Orange Organic Fairtrade Rooibos, we are going to essentially aromatize our “vermouth” utilizing the wonderful cinnamon, clove, and orange notes.
